Do you offer gluten free items?
Gluten free sourdough is a tricky process. It requires me to have a separate room to prepare items in. I am currently experimenting with it now.
How do I keep my purchases fresh?
Since there are no preservatives in any of my products; it should be consumed within 7 days if left on the counter, 14 days if in the refrigerator, or 3 months if in the freezer.
Do you make any vegan items?
Most of the items are vegan friendly. They only contain flour, water and salt. I have all ingredients for each item in their description.
Some items do contain dairy.
What is Sourdough?
Sourdough is actually to oldest way to leven bread. It is a mixture of flour and water that is allowed to ferment. Wild yeast begins to grow. It kills all bad bacteria in the process.
The fermentation is what gives sourdough the tangy taste it is known for.
Do you offer par baked breads?
I do offer rustic round loaves that are par baked. They will require a short baking time at home. This will allow you to enjoy fresh warm bread at home.
