Gluten Sensitive Sourdough
These loaves are gluten free (or as gluten free as I can make them).
I am not a fully gluten free kitchen, but I do not work with and gluten free recipes before making sure all floured breads and ingredients are put away (in separate cabinets) and the kitchen is fully cleaned. I also have all Gluten Free flours and separate utensils in a separate cabinet that has a rubber seal to prevent any cross contamination.
